Blue Monochromatic Happy Birthday card
I stamped a design on a 3x3 piece of white cardstock. I stamped the cupcake image using versamark ink clear embossing powder. I then sponged blue over the 3x3 area followed by wiping the ink off the embossed part with a paper towel. |

First Holy Communion Card
The basic card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. The gold metallic piece was cut at 4 x 5 1/4 and attached to the card base. The next white layer was cut at 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and attached to the gold piece. The next piece of gold was cut at 3 7/8 x 5 1/8. The next white layer was cut 4 x 5. I used Oval nestabilities. I cut the larger one on the white layer. Place the white piece (with the cut out) centered over the gold piece. Place the smaller nestabilitie in the center of the cut out section. After the ovals are cut out, attach the white piece to the gold piece. Place pop-ups or dimensionals under the gold sheet and attach to the card base. I then cut out 2 crosses; 1 large and 1 small. I attached the smaller cross to the larger one using dimensionals.

I made this using the the ek daisy punch. The card itself is 4 1/4 by 5 1/2. The yellow piece is 4 x 5 1/4. I cut a single black piece 4 1/8 x 1. I cut 2 daisy borders and glued one to the top of the black piece and at the bottom. I put a black brad in the flower and attached to the back border prior to attaching the yellow card to the black card. For the inside of the card, I attached a yellow card 4 x 5 1/4. I then attached a piece of white card stock on top of the yellow. The white piece measures 3 3/4 x 5. I cut an extra daisy border and attached on the bottom of the white card stock.

Thinking of you using Copic shades of blue markers.

After dry embossing the front of the card, I used a sponge dauber to add a light swiping of ink over the raised design. Small pearl embellishments were added as the center of the flower.
